1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Recon Drone website and purchasing our products, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Product Information

The RCD-01 is a ground-driving remote-control toy vehicle, not an aircraft. Its lens is a cosmetic design element only: it contains no camera and does not record or transmit video. The unit is not water-resistant. Minor cosmetic variation between units and production batches is normal, and figures such as battery runtime are approximate and confirmed per batch. We do our best to keep product descriptions accurate, but colors and details can look slightly different from screen to screen.

3. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are shown in your local currency where supported; the exact amount and currency are confirmed at checkout
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

4. Shipping and Delivery

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days from Ireland via An Post tracked services. Delivery times are estimates:

• United States: 3-5 business days
• Ireland, United Kingdom, and supported EU countries: 3-7 business days
• Canada: 5-7 business days

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, carriers, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy for unused products in original condition. To initiate a return:

• Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order
• Product must be in original packaging and unused
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item

6. Warranty

All Recon Drone products come with a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty covers:

• Defects in materials or workmanship
• Malfunctioning electronic components under normal use

This warranty does NOT cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications
• Normal wear and tear or cosmetic damage
• Water damage or exposure to extreme temperatures
• Damage during shipping (covered by carrier insurance)

To make a warranty claim, contact us with proof of purchase and photos of the defect.

7. Intellectual Property

This is a fan-made remote-control replica inspired by the recon drone from tactical shooter games. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or licensed by Ubisoft Entertainment SA, Rainbow Six Siege, or any related rights holder. The camera lens is a cosmetic design element only. This product does not record or transmit video. All trademarks and copyrights belong to their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Recon Drone shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws applicable to the seller’s registered business location, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection rights that apply in your country. Disputes will be handled by the courts or dispute resolution process with proper legal jurisdiction.
